I am working with LifeSize for the past 5 Years.
I started my Career with Sony ( Audio & Video Servicing ) Later moved to Audio field as an Acoustic Engineer ( Designing and Installation of Home Theater / Recording Theaters / Room Integration ) and my last profile before lifesize was with a reseller of Polycom and my over all Experience is 15 Years.
My Hobbies are Photography and working on Electronic Projects.
Worked as a VoIP system administrator and software and system test engineer before joining Lifesize in early 2012. Now working as a Tier3 support engineer mainly in the EMEA region.
I'm keen on bicycling especially through the forest in autumn (I love this different colours :-)) as well as SCUBA diving around the mediterreanea sea.
Texas native hailing from San Antonio. Transplanted to Austin in 2014 to pursue a career as a Telepresence Engineer. I have spent the last year and a half supporting different customers Video Conferencing environments and have been a member of the support team at Lifesize since June 2015. I aim to continue my growth as an individual while helping the Lifesize community to support and develop the best possible product. :)
After 9 years in the Navy, I have finally returned to my home town of Austin Texas. Since my return I have worked in video conferencing/technical support at Cisco Systems, and now here at Lifesize as well.
Born and raised on the islands of Hawaii and moved here to Austin TX during high school. During my pursue of becoming a Software Engineer I landed a job at a company called Compass Learning. After 4 years of working with SQL and tech support I wanted to learn something different and found myself here at Lifesize. I have learned so much and continue to learn something new each day.
Computer enthusiast with an associate in Local Area Network Administration and B.S in Electrical Engineering (Computer Concentration). I started my career teaching free computer classes to adults and still have the heart of a teacher.
I have been working for 9+ years in 'Video Conference Customer Support' domain.
I joined Lifesize in 2011. I am a Tier-3 Support Engineer mainly working in EMEA and APAC Time Zone. I provide support to customer on all products of Lifesize Ex. UVC , ICON, 220 series EPs and Cloud etc..
Born and raised in Texas. I graduated from the University of Texas in 1995. I have done desktop and networking support since 1999, working for Apple, Wayport, and AT&T. I joined LifeSize in January 2013 as a Level 2 Support Engineer and currently the Level 2 Team Lead.
In my personal life, I am restoring a 1975 Datsun 280Z and renovating my house. I also ride motorcycles, certified SCUBA diver, and build small boats. All this sounds much more interesting than it really is.
